Conveyor belt techology is an all-round success

We love the diversity of our work with you, such as the magnetic chain guide assembly we developed, widely used in conveyor systems in the beverage bottling industry. We worked to ensure that the magnet chains were kept flat in place through the curves in the tracks while the conveyor is running.

We managed to do this  by closing the magnetic field with metal chain or metal pins within plastic chain. We also had to make sure that angles from one to 180 degrees ran smoothly and required very little maintenance.

TyTek Magnetics manufactured this assembly for a large company that supplies the food and beverage packaging industry world-wide.  As a result of our innovative intervention, this magnetic chain guide has vastly improved productivity and the working environment by increasing energy efficiency as well as the added benefit of noise reduction.
